Phil Lee, Sandler Training

Phil Lee started the first Sandler Training Centre in Australasia in 2004 and runs the Sydney training centre.

Phil has a B. Com with a major in Marketing and a background of over 30 years professional sales experience in a number of different industries. Prior to opening the Sandler Sydney office he started, built and ran a successful IT services company for 14 years .

Phil's passion for sales and personal development was ignited by his exposure to sales training early in his professional career. This passion continues to fuel his desire to help others reach their full potential.

He has successfully assisted many sales professionals and managers in many different industries to achieve their personal and professional goals. 

Phil is also a highly sought after speaker at sales and business conferences.

He regularly contributes articles on sales and leadership to leading national business publications including MyBusiness, Training Australia Magazine, Business Connect and  PWC's Clever Companies.
